AREWA will shortly be initiating legal proceedings to secure the pension rights of all our members. To sustain this important fight, we have created a Corpus Legal Fund to cover litigation expenses. We request every member to contribute Rs.10000 for AREWA LIFE MEMBERS and Rs.3000 for dependents of Deceased employees as mandatory support.

OUR BACKGROUND
How We Got Here
AREWA was formed by a group of retired employees of the Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) who came together with the aim of creating a welfare association for retired ADA employees. The Ad-hoc Executive Committee (AEC) was formed with the aim of guiding the formation of the association and laying down the groundwork for its functioning. The AEC consisted of eleven members who were retired employees of the ADA. The AEC held its first formal meeting on 14th January 2022, where the founding members of AREWA were finalized
The registration of AREWA was a crucial step toward its formal recognition as an association. The AEC worked tirelessly to ensure that all the necessary documents were in place for the registration process. The MOU and Bye-Laws of AREWA were thoroughly checked and updated by a team of AEC members. The final version was forwarded to the lawyers along with other related documents to enable the filing of the online registration process of AREWA. The registration process was completed on 15th February 2022 with the help of Advocates and AREWA was granted status as a registered society under the Government of Karnataka on 28th March 2022.

The ADA Retired Employees Welfare Association (AREWA) is a registered society under the Government of Karnataka, dedicated to serving the retired employees of the Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) . AREWA provides a platform for retired ADA employees to come together and address issues related to their welfare, including pension-related matters, legal affairs, and medical reimbursement claims. The association also offers a membership drive, enabling retired employees to become lifetime members of AREWA and receive membership cards. AREWA is committed to ensuring that the retired employees of ADA receive the support they need and deserve, and the association's services are designed to meet the unique needs of this community.
